Delivery

We aim to dispatch all available orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and you should receive them within 2--5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery to Europe is £5 per order. Orders should be received within 5--8 working days from dispatch.

Delivery to countries outside Europe is £8. Orders should be received within 5--10 working days from dispatch. Custom or import duties may apply once the package reaches its destination; these must be borne by the recipient.  We have no control over any local import duties and cannot anticipate what these may be. 

Delivery charges are per order, irrespective of the total number of items. The delivery charge will automatically be added at the checkout.

Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your product you can return it to us within seven days of receipt and you will receive a refund or exchange, providing non-faulty items are returned unworn, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.  If you wish to return an item please email us within the specified time period and we will provide instructions on return procedures. In the case of faulty goods, postage charges will be reimbursed, if the faulty item was not part of a larger order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning [non-faulty] goods. Please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot be responsible for goods which fail to reach us. Please allow 14 days for your account to be credited. No refund will be processed until we take receipt of the goods.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us a soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure for returns.

Privacy
Larkin & Catcher respect your privacy and will never disclose buyer’s information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this website but only to keep track of the content of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Security
You can buy goods on this site with complete confidence. Debit and credit card payments are processed using secure servers on our behalf by Nochex and Paypal. You will see a padlock or key in your browser window to indicate a secure site. Larkin & Catcher do not have access to your card details.
